‘Twice the Vice’ brownies

What could be more extravagant than making the Bacon Bourbon Brownies from Slashfood for tomorrow's Masterbacon event? Weeeelll...amping up the recipe in your own special way might qualify (if the originals were subtitled 'legal vice brownies', mine are most definitely Twice the Vice.) How so? You double some of the key ingredients (two tablespoons of nut-infused bourbon instead of one, for example.) And then you top it with shards of your own twist on the much-loved bacon toffee: bourbon bacon brittle.
